The Rainmaker Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Cosmix - India’s most loved and largest plant protein brand, on its $65 Mn acquisition by Marico.
With Marico's partnership, Cosmix will focus on broadening its footprint in adjacent wellness categories through strategic launches, strengthening its multi‑channel distribution capabilities while continuing to shape it’s distinctive premium clean-label brand loved by their consumers. Cosmix is the 6th acquisition in Marico’s digital-first portfolio.
